The Monday Morning Missionary Ridge Run is 9.30 miles on the road with hilly terrain.

The starting point for this route is: Kanku at corner of McCallie and Central

We usually put out water, but you may want to bring your own if you don't like sharing a bottle.

The route:
Approximately 9.3 miles with two major hills and rolling terrain along the ridge with some downhill back into town. Beautiful views and light traffic (due to the early hour!!)
Start at the intersection of McCallie and Central, parking is available in the church parking lot across the street from Kanku. Run down McCallie away from downtown, L on Glenwood, R on Oak which turns into Shallowford to head up the ridge. R on N. Crest which turns into S Crest. Continue on S Crest along ridge going R after the bridge over 24. R on Westside, continue thru the roundabout veering L to stay on Westside towards Sugars Ribs (be mindful of traffic along this stretch). Westside turns into E 23rd St. Continue along E 23rd turning R on Holtzclaw. L on Main. R on Central back to the Kanku. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful views from the top of the ridge!
